Clumped product?

Just received my Glow Aminos sale order. I ordered Sema 5mg. The powder appears to be white, but it is clumped inside the vial. Like there really isn’t any loose powder at room temp. I didn’t see any moisture inside, but there was powder residue along the sides and top of the vial. Is this normal or should I throw it out?
