I don’t usually do a lot of barbell bench press. I weigh 172 right now. I attempted 225 a couple months ago and got very close but didn’t get it. I tried again 3 weeks ago and wasn’t even close. Well I figured I’d try again today and got it, no problem. I’m quite happy with this. I’m on 140mg test per week along with cjc1295/Ipa and 5 amino per Greg’s suggestion. I think they are all working very well together. Getting stronger every day.
