Me and my husband are on week three of Reta. I am down 4 lbs and he’s down 6lbs. So far really good!! I have learned that the bac water expires after 30 days once punctured. So until we start adding other peptides we don’t use all of it. TMI…but I recommend Mira lax if you are experiencing that issue lol
