I get this question all the time and my response is that everyone has a unique research that works for them but if they must know here's what I research regularly (I research other things every so often when needed) and why:
🟢 Tirzepatide - for its anti-inflammatory benefits and the research protocol done is 5/2 for 3 months before cycling. Often some people ask why not research Reta even though it's better. Well, it's not better for everyone and some RS get more pronounced side effects, but the real reason is that Reta is too good and female RS need to have fat in their bodies - literally. Female hormones are stored in fat! Plus a healthy amount of adipose content helps the skin remain supple. Plus, Tirzepatide wins on the appetite suppression so that is a factor that enhances my research observations.
🟢 KLOW - this one size fits all approach is the best for people with active lifestyles that like to work hard. The KPV anti-inflammatory component serves to soften the sting of the copper and control cortisol levels and the copper helps to maintain collagen and brighten skin. This is overall a winner. And because it's a low dose of BPC/TB it's more for subtle healing and repair.
🟢 Sermorelin - this one gets overlooked too often as the weak GH, but it is perfect for regulating circadian rhythms, rejuvenation and overall anti-aging support. The other two Tesa and Ipa tend to create reactions more often and have un desired side effects like hunger and water retention, but not sermorelin! Think of it as your friendly neighborhood growth hormone secretagogue.
🟢 Humanin - This is one of the most important peptides in longevity research and it is widely ignored, big mistake!
🟢 Epithalon - known for its effect on telomeres it helps sustain cellular health longer. Additionally, with consistent research it helps regulate sleep cycles for deeper, restful sleep.
🟢 Glutathione - liver detox, anti oxidant and skin brightener. Has been safely used cosmetically for decades in Asian countries and it has been proven to be effective for the named benefits
🟢 Ginko Biloba - yes, there is an injectable form and it is simply the best cognitive function and cardiovascular health promoting substances on the market.
🙌🏼 There are others I research every so often, here's a notable couple:
- FOXO - hurts a lot so I research 1-2 times a year for 10 day cycle
- SS31 - this is excellent but pricey - 1mg daily does wonders for energy and cognition function
