Biohackers World Conference (Los Angeles)
It was an exciting first day at the Biohackers World Conference. Got to check out some great biohacking tools which I "ll be adding to our page for those who want to check them out.
Notable:
  1. Tried Shilajit and that stuff tastes so bad I gagged.
  2. Hyperbaric chambers are extremely expensive but awesome, they really do work.
  3. Infrared everything (saunas, devices, face masks) were crowd favorites.
  4. There's new companies starting to do blood testing aimed at peptide users to see where the protocols are at.
  5. Peptide companies were a bit rogue by openly selling to people and giving detailed instructions. It was wild!
  6. Two companies had magic mushrooms, as in selling psilocybin. I commend their creativity to sell the product although I didn't get any but it looked legit.
  7. Vibration platforms are nice for movement and there were a few companies selling them.
  8. Lots of oxygen making machines, we know oxygen is awesome but it would be interesting to measure the actual oxygen output of the machines.
  9. The lectures were great! Learned a lot about mitochondria healing and will try to connect with a lab about stem cells!
Day two should be similar but if new info comes up I'm happy to share. 😁
