This Community is a safe space to learn, grow and progress towards your most confident self. I’ve poured my 32 years experience of enhancing confidence, impact and influence underpinned by safety into the Skool and look forward to sharing it all with you.
From learning facial micro expressions and body language indicators through to understanding why people choose the words they do (and the order they choose them in) you will learn to better understand others and have your words land with precision and impact.
The LENS goes both ways and from enhancing our self awareness and awareness of others , we are better positioned to be memorable, to improve our ability to influence others and also, to pick up the signs of conflict escalation and pre violence indicators.
These are not just work skills, they are life skills.
