Stop Charging ‘Per Hour’ — Here’s Why
Charging hourly will cap your potential income.
Penalises speed.
Encourages price shoppers.
You should be visiting each clean before hand, and then quoting price per Job not hourly. The first time will take you longer, but when you get your own routine you will soon become quicker and with a hourly rate your be paid less for the same standard of work.
If you’d like a pricing structure let me know.
