About me
At five years old I died on a gurney and came back carrying something I couldn't explain for fifty years. A peace so complete it hurt to leave. What followed was a life of chronic illness, fifteen surgeries, a heart attack, and thirty years of pain that I managed by outworking everything, including myself. I was a corporate technology professional, a husband, a father, a man who kept showing up. And I was completely lost inside all of it.
The awakening didn't arrive gently. It arrived when I had nothing left. And what I found on the other side wasn't a different life. It was the one I had always been living, finally seen clearly.
I wrote my memoir, You Were Not Less Than: Just Breathe, because someone needed to hear that the darkness they are in is not the end of their story. It is the curriculum. Every wound, every loss, every year you spent surviving instead of living... none of it was wasted.
That is the foundation of everything I share here. Not theory. Not borrowed wisdom. The testimony of a man who went all the way to the bottom and found something real waiting there.
