Suggestion Needed For Selling A Single City Site

I want some advice from you and other senior Pros.

I purchased an expired domain which was a real business in a Colorado.

Niche Is Pest Control.

domain name is also real business name and not EMD PMD.

I made website on Wordpress, Designed all the pages myself, did seo of all the pages, build some backlinks, citations were already there and now the website ranks on 1st page for the main keyword which is pest control "city" and most of the sub service keywords on 1st and 2nd page.

Its almost 1.5 Months Old now and last 28 days stats have been attached below.

In this Month Of June, I Got 13 Calls so far and 1 converted with value $22.50.

Also, another benefit I got is It has GBP made, I talked to someone in USA and told him to suggest an edit on that GBP, it got approved and now that GMB is on top 3 as well. Though I dont have access to that GBP but as website is attached, so it really helped.

I want To flip it as I have some more sites and want to work on them. Should I Continue working on it and build some more backlinks, I'm sure within a month, all service pages will be on top.

Or I can Flip it Now and focus on other sites.
