I’m planning to go full-time into lead gen and rank-and-rent.

I’m currently jobless, so I need to generate some hand-to-mouth income while building something long-term.

I have good website design skills and intermediate SEO experience.

For those already doing lead gen/rank-and-rent: what niche and location would you recommend for a beginner with a limited budget?

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
