Analyze Ringba Data Using Claude + Python

"I’m sharing this because I’m genuinely surprised by how easy things have become nowadays. A few years ago, I couldn't have imagined doing any of this since I didn't know how to code at all.

This specific process is for Ringba calls.

- I used Claude to create a Python script that required Ringba API and Account ID to download all call recordings. You can even add filters like Date, Missed Calls, or Conversions—basically whatever you need.

- After downloading the files, I used Claude again to generate a script for OpenAI Whisper to transcribe all the calls into text. It took about an hour and a half to transcribe 89 calls. Since this is done locally, it takes time, as per Claude.

- Once the transcription was finished, Claude provided another Python script that uses the Claude API to analyze every transcript one by one and generate a master.json file.

- After uploading that master.json file back to Claude, it generated a beautiful, easy-to-understand graph to help me plan my next SEO campaign.

The total cost for all of this? Just $0.245."
