Many people work for 10, 20, or even 40 years without truly knowing where all their money is. This lesson was designed to help you discover your money, organize it, and begin making it work for you.
✅ Complete these tasks after finishing Lesson 1
1️⃣ List all your accounts:
Write down every place where your money is stored:
- Bank accounts (checking and savings)
- 401(k) accounts from current or past employers
- Pension plans
- Life insurance with cash value
- Other investments
2️⃣ Identify idle or forgotten accounts:
Look for accounts you may have forgotten about or that are not growing well.
3️⃣ Check how your money is growing:
Ask yourself:
- Is this account earning interest?
- Is the growth strong enough?
- Are there high fees?
4️⃣ Take one action step
Choose at least one action today, such as:
- Organizing all your accounts into one list
- Locating an old retirement account
- Reviewing your investments
