It’s been shipped out
I know, your like “what has been shipped out”?
I will try my best to explain:
I created “Carried With The Wind” out of a desperate need to give shape to my own grief and tears over the lives lost that affected Camp Mystic and Kerrville, Texas. This piece is deeply personal to me. The butterflies in flight are meant to symbolize those precious souls now carried beyond us—fragile, beautiful, and unforgettable.
My hope is that this artwork may offer even a small measure of solace, reflection, or remembrance to the Kerrville community.
I received an email directly from Camp Mistic that stated “Hi Michael,
This is so kind and beautiful. Thank you so much. You are welcome to send it us if you'd like.”
I just now dropped the packaged art off at Office Depot to be picked up and shipped by FEDEX.
This is a passion project for the books.
My Mom would be proud.
