Joining the Parent Lab has improved my relationship with my teen son, helped me feel less alone in parenting struggles and offers real time help with weekly coaching calls! I can’t thank Jake enough for all the heart he puts in to the group.

I find it helpful that there are so many ways to engage with the content, from bite-sized “try this tonight” tips to hour-long coaching calls and piles of resources on specific topics. The tone of the conversation is inviting and supportive without sugarcoating the hard stuff.

I have not been part of this community for long (about 2+ months) but I found after going through all of the classroom activities, being on a few group calls with Jake & watching Jake's FB reels & updates on here, I have learned how to change my parenting tactics to work better for my nearly 16 year old son. I often now say to myself, "What would Jake do?" and implement that strategy and it works. Jake really has a pulse on dealing with difficult teens and their parents.
