Parenting Through the Storm is a gentle sanctuary for parents navigating mental illness, trauma, anxiety, or burnout. This isn’t a space for "perfect" parenting; it’s for real parents finding their way through the storms.
We’re in this together. I bring 23 years of parenting experience and a background in Nursing and Early Childhood Education. More importantly, I’m in the trenches with you. I live with mental illness (BPD) myself and I am still learning to self-regulate and soothe my own nervous system. I want us to learn together.
I’m not a therapist—just a fellow parent with lived experience and professional knowledge who knows what it's like to parent while feeling overwhelmed.
