Thinking About What Your Customers Want
This is something that I'm navigating at the moment.
Building and developing is a continuous part of my work.
My work is centered around information and educational offerings.
One of the things I will have to navigate is making sure that I am creating offerings that my customers actually want and will use.
I've done it in the past where I've created an offering that I thought "This will be perfect for my followers and potential customers" only to hear crickets. No one was interested.
There's always testing involved.
And that's something I'm working on right now.
Building something small-ish which I can turn around at a decent pace and use it as a testing product.
How about the rest of you?
How do you figure out what you're customers will really like?
