Stopped at Billie Creek Village in Rockville, Indiana. It’s 70 acres with 30 preserved buildings, including a general store, school house, a couple churches, and a civil war house. The village is man made, with most the buildings moved to the property for preservation.
The civil war house is one of the oldest on the property and one of the most haunted buildings. As soon as we stepped into the house you could feel a heavy energy.
We got to spend a little time there but with a thunderstorm rolling in we didn’t get as much time there are we could have. We got totally soaked walking back to the car. Definitely want to go back sometime to investigate as well as investigate Indiana State Sanatorium just 5 minutes down the road.
