Saw this today and using this!
Psychologist and author Adam Grant shares a question for sparking better conversation...
"When you meet someone new, don't ask: What do you do? It limits what people share about themselves to a job description.
Instead, try: What do you love to do? It ignites curiosity and invites people to express their distinctive interests."
I’ll start……I love watching people win and succeed…..especially when I have had the opportunity to coach and mentor them.
