Tension hides in plain sight
That tight neck, stiff shoulders, sore back.. it’s your body’s way of saying, “Hey, I need a break.”
Try this quick release:
  • Inhale deeply
  • Shrug your shoulders up to your ears
  • Hold 3 seconds
  • Exhale and drop them with a sigh
Repeat 3 times and notice the shift
