Life moves in cycles. Everything has an ebb and flow like the ocean.
When opportunities arrive, we have to grasp them in the moment, or hesitate and the opportunity is lost.
Every part of the cycle has it's give and take. This balance is a necessary part of life, that offers variety of experience, time to act, time to rest.
Other opportunities will always come along, yes. They won't all be the same.
Now is the time to take action on opportunities presented in your life and celebrate your successes.
Yemanya is an Afro-Brazilian Goddess of the sea in the Yoruba practice.
She was originally the Goddess of the Ogun River in West Africa. Her worship then expanded to South America during the slave trade.
Yemanya is now a main Orisha in many Afro-Brazilian religious practices.
Petitions can be made to Yemanya by putting them on a little boat or writing them on a leaf/flower and placing them in moving water. If it's carried away by the water, your petition has been accepted.
