The 13 Principles of Witchcraft
The American Council of Witches was a group of approximately 70 Neo-Pagans and Witches who came together in 1973 for the purpose of creating a document listing the common principles among the majority of Pagans. The 13 Principles of Witchcraft.
Ironically, the Council disbanded shortly after completing their task due to the inability to reconcile differences between the members.
