When i was working in a call center, i dream of building one for home services (plumbing & electrical)
But now since there is voice AI able to answer calls, answer faq, book appointments, I probably need a small team to handle multiple clients.
What is the best way to segragate the team to which customers?
Being that i’m new and not even off the ground.
An example in my previous call center, there are at least 10 agents handling each menu option so they only focus on same topic everyday.
Looking for advise
