This week's practice:
The next time you notice activation, catch it one step earlier than usual.
Not at the reaction. Not at the behavior. At the first body signal.
When you notice it, just name it silently.
'There it is.'
That's it. No fixing. No stopping. Just noticing one step earlier.
If you want, come back and finish this sentence:
'I caught my pattern earlier when I noticed…'
Early detection is a skill. You're building it right now.
