Fake TT Community Violations Continue

I have two accounts for two different topics, yet now every time I post, they initially get disqualified from FYP. I have to appeal, and I win every single appeal. But then, when it is made available for FYP, I'm getting very few views.

Does anyone have a solution to why every video I post is facing this? Any suggestions are appreciated.
