Automatic TikTok Community Guidlines Suspension

Anyone have any idea why my videos just about automatically are being suspended due to community guidelines? I have to appeal every video. And they are completely innocuous with truthful information about taxes.

Does having them initially suspended affect them in anyway? Any advice what I can do so this will stop?
