Oscar has done a fabulous job with all the wonderful detailed information in this community. He is always looking for ways to make it better and asks us how he can do that. I’ve seen a great transformation in myself the past 4 months and my children ages 9, 7, and 4 are also joining me and seeing good improvements. You will have lasting changes, new mindsets, new convictions, and learn how to listen to your own body. It’s definitely worth it to join! Health = Looks🔥

Was sure the only thing able to save my face was a deep plane necklift. Tried fillers and Botox, but I looked like a boxer..
Then I saw Oscar’s mom, stayed consistent for two weeks with just thumpulling and keeping my tongue on the roof of the mouth and saw immidate results 2 week only!!!
Unfortunately stopped thumpulling but consciously keeping my tongue against my roof has my jaw line looking more snatched and I feel grounded and no longer seeing surgery as my only option

The environment is so kind and supportive, it’s basically my social media replacement now 😂
Oscar and his team and are always looking for ways to improve the community, even though I don’t know how it could get any better!
It really is the whole package health wise, super well rounded! I don’t usually buy subscriptions but this was a no brainer ❤️
