I absolutely love being a part of this uplifting and supportive community! Joining has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am seeing and feeling significant improvements in my health and visual appearance, in ways that I didn't think possible. Oscar is extremely dedicated and conscientious, always finding new ways to bring even more value to an already amazing membership! His level of insight and knowledge are quite extraordinary. Even when I haven’t been the most consistent, Stella has continued to reach out to see how I was doing and if I needed help creating a routine that fit my schedule. honestly life changing, but not for the reason you may think. The hook is looks, the real substance is the health aspect. I really just want to thank the staff and community, everything was done at such a human level, and always with morals. To expand on what I first said: yes I look better, but more importantly Im more comfortable emotionally', and I just feel way more vital, more alive. We are ultimately animals, but modern life has made our internal systems disregulated. highly reccomend.

being part of this group has been one of the most perspective shifting things I have EVER experienced in my health journey! The value is unbelievable, I came here for my health, but my looks have changed massively! Only bad side effect is that I get hit on wayyy more now 😂 My energy levels have shifted, I can BREATHE out of my nose, my dental health and tooth grinding have improved, I have more confidence, and the best one of all...I have HOPE for healing 10+ years of chronic illness!
