Small rewards for the win...
Success in the brain is a tricky lil animal. You must have a reward system. Small goals followed with small rewards will get you to successful launch happier and faster. Example: Set a small Goal of 2 hours a day to learn something new. Decide in advance what your reward will be when you complete the task, then reward yourself at intervals. Task and reward for day one - complete 2 hours of training, set a timer to go off at the two hour mark , get something special to eat after you are done. Your Favorite snack?
