Happy Friday!!- 2 hour blitz!

Choose two focus points for your business that will move you toward business Growth. Spend 1-2 hours focusing on your selections and tomorrow choose 2 more. rotate the list so that you are always on focus and improving.

FOCUS POINTS:

Profit- Spend money only on actions that will increse sales- Mentoring, Marketing, Mastering or expansion. Outsource tasks that you are not efficient in.
Marketing- Post at least 3 pieces of content or create content for posting
Value- Delve deeper into options for what you offer and create five 1 minute clips to share.
Branding- Make sure your designs, colors and message are aligned. Ask some people who dont know you or your brand to give honest feedback through a poll or a this or that.
New Outreach- Find 3 new platforms to follow that align withyour ideal client.
Customer feedback- Create a 2 miniute questionaire 1-2 open ended questions to email to your email list and hit send.
Polls- Post " What would you like to hear more about" polls with three choises that you can offer content on.
Warm leads- Continuously offer value to your customers who have purchased previously and nurture the next steps.
Planning/Calendar- Spend time mapping out the next 30 days so that you have a roadmap to follow
Alignment- Make sure that your brand and offers are congruent with your business purpose. Delete or discard any materials, comments, or timewasters that do not support your main ideas.
