I created Self Express because I know what it feels like to be stuck in the same destructive thoughts, habits, and patterns while feeling like you can’t break free.
Through faith, guidance, and a lot of inner work, I’ve been able to find more clarity, peace, and self-trust. This community is here to help others do the same.
Inside this space, we focus on understanding ourselves, breaking old patterns, and learning how to express who we truly are with more honesty, confidence, and intention.
My hope is that being here helps you feel less stuck, more calm, and happy.
I have pre-recorded material you can benefit from as soon as you join, and I will be hosting weekly calls where we have live meditations, and break through sessions where we can tackle some of you problems head on :).
