Staying in the Moment
Today, I am not afraid but I have been….afraid of the responsibility of caring for my partner, of loss. Today, however, I am practicing staying in the present moment and the moment is really good. We have made “plans” and are in the midst of seeing some of them come into fruition. We are also sinking deeper into our faith. The promises that we have chosen to believe have brought us great comfort. Also, we did 4 hour long family sessions with Allison when we earnestly began this journey and that was a great help.
