Please Welcome Donna Williams
Team — I want to introduce someone stepping into a key role in what we’re building.
Please welcome @Donna Williams, who will lead our Grants Department and help align the mission across all of our organizations.
This is a big move for us.
There are significant philanthropic resources available for the kind of work we do — recovery, coaching, education, and restoration. Donna’s role is to help us connect our mission to those resources, so we can grow, scale, and reach more people.
Donna brings serious real-world experience — building and scaling businesses, leading teams, and turning systems into something stronger than before.
More importantly, her mission aligns with ours.
She’s focused on:• Serving underserved youth• Supporting veterans• Strengthening communities• Bringing resources where they’re needed most.
Different lanes… same mission: Find the gap and fill it.
You’ll see her stepping into conversations and helping shape where we’re going next.
