I am starting to feel like I have some sense of what I'm doing π€£
Still have a massive amount to learn! But these are my takeaways so far:
β‘οΈ Engagement is king - there's no such thing as too much. Come up with 100 ways to get engagement and keep refining.
β‘οΈ Value Value Value - There's a lot of competition on Skool already and its getting more fierce everyday. I must provide insane amounts of value
β‘οΈ About Page Simplicity Is More - Don't overcomplicate what you do. Make a very specific tangible result in a short timeframe that sounds easy, don't get fancy or try to promise too many things. A 5 year old should know exactly what your community is about after 10 seconds on the about page.
Things I'm still working on:
β
Converting Free - Paid - Specifically with email campaign, I've been procrastinating on this
β
Challenges - Many people have been getting good results but I've just been hesitant to pull the trigger (mainly because of fear that no one will do the challenge)
β
More Content - I have a ton of course ideas that I need to get into action. This item just seems to hit the bottom of the list everyday and not getting done.
What's one thing that has worked well in your community that you can double down on?? π°
