Let's be honest for a second.
You built the room.
You set it up.
You invited people in.
And now... crickets.
First of all, a quiet community does not mean a dead community.
It means it needs a spark.

Answer your own prompt.
Share your own win.
Be vulnerable first.
When the leader shows up, the room follows.
