Invite Your Friends/JV Profit Share - My Story

Happy Sunday Guys!

The goal of this Skool is for you guys to learn the real estate investing business and us do deals together.

But cleary, I can't hold everyone's hand and do the work for everyone.

If you joined this group it's for a reason, to make money. And obviously I'm not doing this just to pass the time. ; )

So you will need to pull seller data, call prospective sellers, have conversations with them, solve their problem and get them under contract. I will help with the negotiations when needed.

Once under contract, my team and I will handle the entire back end.

That being said, it will take work and to be honest you will need to GRIND, but it will pay off.

When I started, I was working for my family business making $100k per year.

I busted my ass (part time) and eventually start making in 3 months what I was making all year. Then in 2 months and then one month with real estate, I was making my yearly salary.

My best month was $315,000 in closed profits. Crazy right? No BS.

So if I can get each of you to do the same, or even close, then we will all do really well.

Or you can keep doing what you are doing now, and keep getting what you have always gotten.

Whether you admit it or not, your current situation is simply a culmination of all your prior choices and prior daily actions. Period.

That being said, your future is entirely created and chiseled by you.

Life is the marble and the chisel and hammer is in your hand.

But you must use it.

Lastly, please invite your friends to join the group as well, if they bring deals in, you guys will get a piece of those deals as well. Besides, it's much easier to become successful if you have a friend you are working with on the same goal.
