At 37, Andi Hess realized she had achieved all the goals she had set out to accomplish.

A successful consulting career, a position teaching organizational development at a top university, an international speaking career, and the financial rewards.

But when illness landed her in the hospital while traveling in Croatia, something unexpected happened.

She knew something was missing and could not put her finger on it.
