Welcome to One Step Forward.
I started this community for one reason: growing a business is hard. But it's so many of our passions. We have goals. We want to help people. But we're held back. By imposter thoughts. By fear. And our fears don't get to win.
Some of us are scared to put ourselves online, to market ourselves, to sell. And even when you get over it, the imposter thoughts never quite go away.
I've been posting on LinkedIn every single day for six years. Not because every post is perfect—most aren't. But because momentum is built one step at a time, not in giant leaps.
This community exists for one reason: to give founders a place to show up, share one step they're taking, and remind themselves that progress is happening—even when it doesn't feel like it.
