I want to take a moment to say this openly.
I haven’t personally introduced or highlighted everyone in the group yet and I know that matters. If you haven’t been called out by name so far, please know it’s not because you’re unseen or unappreciated.
This community only works because each of you shows up in your own way — whether that’s commenting, voting in polls, reading quietly, or just being present while you build confidence at your own pace.
Going forward, I’m going to be more intentional about this.
Each week, I’ll be highlighting and rotating active members not as a popularity thing, but as a way to:
- Acknowledge contributions
- Encourage connection
- Make sure people feel seen, not lost in the background
This group is about clarity, confidence, and connection and that starts with recognizing the people who make it what it is.
