In this episode I show why I started simplifying my Claude skills.
The first versions had too many instructions and not enough examples, and when I ran Cowork automations across a lot of scripts at once things started breaking. Switching to a structure with hook templates, script examples, and a short list of strict don'ts made the results much better.
I also made a mistake with my Meta ads this week. I turned off two campaigns too early and results dropped right after. The Skool community is at 194 members and $1,237 MRR, and I also walk through the incremental attribution setting in Meta ads that can help you make better campaign decisions.
