This space is built on a simple principle:
what we carry in the body doesn’t stay within us.
Our state—physical, emotional, energetic—moves through how we feel, how we act, and how we relate.
It shapes our experience and influences the space around us.
For this reason, practice is not only individual.
Practicing together creates a different level of impact.
We meet each day at 8:30 AM (Mexico time), we return to a short, precise Kundalini sequence —15 minutes.
The structure is intentional:
• Cat–Cow — to open the spine, regulate the system, and move energy
• Ego Eradicator — to build and expand life force
• Fists of Anger — to release accumulated tension and pressure
• Addiction Meditation — to stabilize the mind and redirect patterns
This sequence works as a cycle:
Open → Build → Release → Integrate
Simple, but complete.
Through repetition, the body begins to regulate.
Energy moves more freely.
The system returns to coherence.
Individually, this creates clarity and stability.
In community, it amplifies.
