  • Integrate my movement ritual daily (minimum 10 min)
  • Speak fewer, but more powerful words
🌿 My Commitments:
  • 7 Daily Quest posts, no skips
  • Complete the Weekly Community Quest each day
  • Reflect with honesty—especially on resistance or breakthroughs
  • Support at least 2 other members each day with encouragement or insight
🧙‍♂️ Why This Matters:
This week feels like a turning point. I’ve set the foundation—now I want to build strength without force. To remain soft, but unshakable. To show myself what steady, quiet power really feels like.
