This isn’t something I was doing but since i’ve started implementing this habit I took control over my failure so much more and gave myself the chance to win bigger Because most of us don’t fail from lack of information, but lack of doing the things right
For multiple reasons:
- Habit
- Limiting beliefs
- Emotional pain
- Lack of awareness
The simple and fast way to adopt new behaviour is to analyse everything you do step by step, especially when you repeatedly fail.
This simple approach raises success rates from the 60% average to 94% for those who review each step and ask themselves, Am I doing it right?
Am I doing exactly, on all levels, what I would do to make it happen? When I say “all levels,” I mean both internally and externallyaka the difference between being busy and being really really productive.
Now pick one thing you’ve been doing that did not get the results you wanted. And write down on a paper:
I did:
All I do is fail in my business.
I wrote down two pages of little and big stuff I know I do wrong. Write down all the things you know would be better than this list. Such a simple exercise.
Then ask yourself: what is the emotion I am in when I do things wrong, and what is the emotion I have when I do things right?
Simply when I do things wrong, I feel doubting, unworthy; I feel like I should make myself small.
But when I do things right, I feel giving and supportive; I feel like I want the best for the people in front of me.
Now do this exercise and notice when you do the wrong things as small as they may be and take action to replace them with the ones you know are right.
