🚨 PHASE 5 IS LIVE 🚨
Ball Compression is now unlocked inside the Precision Hitter System.
This phase is where swings stop looking good and start doing damage.
Phase 5 focus:
- Deliver force through the ball, not to it
- Stay strong through contact
- Maintain posture, direction, and intent
- Learn what real compression actually feels like
If you’ve been:
- Rolling over
- Glancing balls
- Losing the barrel at contact
- “Swinging hard” with inconsistent results
This phase fixes that.
