This is a space for care workers who know the old paradigm is broken. And are doing the slow, ancestral, sometimes rageful work of building something different.
Office Hours is where we land each month. We slow down. We give a middle finger to colonial time. We bring the questions that don't have easy answers — about our practices, our lineages, our grief, our power — and we sit with them together.
You are met here as a whole person. A being with a body, a history, a lineage that matters. Not an instrument. A human who is also in the process of unbecoming and becoming.
In this space, we:
- Practice the Decolonizing Therapy® Framework together in real time
- Weave rage, grief, and lineage work into our care
- Investigate white supremacy's hold on our nervous systems
- Discern between intuition and anxiety
- Unlearn — slowly, relationally, with ancestral grounding
This is not therapy. Not supervision.
This is re-education.
This is community.
This is reclamation.
