Second Item recommendations

I'm curious your/communities thoughts on second item choices and when they might be good for Taliyah mid. I've been primarily going ludens or blackfire first item into usually horizon focus second. I've tried a few other second items but it's not been super clear to me what second item is best. Do people have thoughts on a tierlist or info on when different items second would be good? These seem like the candidates to me for possible second items:

Riftmaker (maybe)
