Sunday reset — one line, that's it
New little ritual. Every Sunday we do a one-line check-in, no essays required.
The prompt: what's the one spot in your system you want to give some attention this week.
That's the whole thing. One spot. One line. Could be "figure out what my backup is actually for" or "stop ignoring the account I've been ignoring." Naming it out loud makes it real, and this is a low-key room to name it in.
I'll reply to every one. We'll see where everyone lands next Sunday — no scoreboard, just a rhythm.
