Monday MidDay Reset coming up this Monday
You can join from home on this platform, turn on from a smart phone or computer at the office, or while you’re out and about, just find a comfortable place to pause. Maybe somewhere you can look outside or catch a bit of sunlight if possible. If not, that’s okay too. Surround yourself with things that help you feel at ease, a calming scent, a picture to focus on, or even a small potted plant.
We only need 5 minutes to reset, so show up for 5 and stay for 15… maybe even 30 if you’d like. There are no obligations and no time requirements, this is your time, your way.
If you don’t like a pose or stretch, do something that feels good to you. Always remember, this is your practice, not mine—I’m just here to guide.
