No pressure to have it all figured out. Most of us showed up here with more questions than answers — and that’s exactly the right place to start.
I’ll go first.
I’m Michele. I’ve been a registered nurse since 2012. I’ve worked NICU, postpartum, telemetry, med-surg, and more. Right now I’m a night shift nurse building something beyond the bedside — for myself and for every nurse who’s quietly wondering if there’s another way.
There is. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
