The first 6 postures of Jesus Standing QiGong
With internet outtage had a little trouble uploading videos, so I placed this one so you can see the fist 6 postures flow together. Move intuitively in how long you hold or move through a posture. Pair with Jesus sitting qigong and when your hands are in front of your heart, hold your intention, dream, goal and wish and see it empowered with your heart energy.
