Meaningful Video on life led by Brain or Heart
A playful and cute video with a meaningful message and pearls of wisdom. Favorite part was when heart pets stomach, and it really shows how our habits and lifestyle impact our organs. Beginning Monday the 12th we will begin our winter Kidney and Bladder series where we will discuss their physiology, acupuncture Energetics, and begin our bookclub to confront the emotion that most challenges the kidneys, fear, by confronting that which we tend to be most afraid of, death, with the book, “Who dies,” by Steven Levine. So grab your copy in preparation for next Monday.
